That is why we have outlined 6 simple steps that will guide you from enquiring about a course to receiving your course-specific certificate or card.
1. Course Enquiry
Whether you’re interested in one of our upcoming courses or want to enquire about setting up a course to suit your specific needs, the first step is simply to call our office and chat to a member of the team. We will be happy to listen to your requirements and discuss the various options available to you.
2. Course Quoted
You will then receive an email from the team, with quotes for the training and testing options discussed with you over the phone. At this stage, you can request changes in your requirements until you are happy to go ahead with the booking.
3. Pre-Payment
Once you have confirmed that you are happy to go ahead, the team will ask for a form of pre-payment to secure your booking. Pre-payment options include either a deposit or full payment for the course, whichever works best for you.

4. Joining Instructions
You will then receive another email from the team, confirming your booking and attaching joining instructions. This document will summarise everything you need to know before you arrive on site, including:
- Course schedule
- Pre-course requirements
- Centre rules & facilities
- Accommodation & transport
5. Training & Testing
Then all you need to do is show up for your course! Make sure you attend all scheduled days and arrive on time. When you arrive on site, please sign in at reception – our office team will explain where you’ll need to go.
Our courses are not a guaranteed pass. But don’t worry if you don’t pass the first time, as the team can help coordinate getting you re-booked.
6. Receiving Your Card
Once you have passed your course, the team will begin processing your paperwork. We ensure that every effort is made to get your course-specific certificate or card sent to you as quickly as possible.
