Ever wondered what it would be like to work on a construction site? This is your chance to take full control of whatever plant machinery you choose, from a thirteen tonne excavator digger to a ride on roller.
Each experience lasts 90 minutes and includes a 15-minute briefing, 60 minutes on the machine, and a 15-minute debrief. All our experiences also include a gift pack as well as a personalised certificate and message card – making it the perfect gift for friends and family.
Thirteen Tonne Excavator Digger Driving Experience – £199
There’s heavy machinery… then there’s this 13 tonne excavator. Wake up your inner child with this thrilling digger experience and try your hand at working one of our biggest machines. You’ll learn how to load a dump truck, drive the machine across the field and excavate bucketsful of mud. It’s more challenging than it looks but don’t worry, you’ll be under the supervision of highly skilled professionals who will help you make the most of your experience.
Six Tonne Dumper Driving Experience – £99
If our 13 tonne excavator seems too daunting, why not try our 3-6 tonne dumper? There is something truly indescribable about climbing into the driver’s cabin and getting behind the controls of a dumper truck. With help from your dedicated instructor, you’ll move a load and discharge multiple loads, drive through a chicane, and learn why the dumper is such a necessary machine across all construction sites in the UK.
Mini Digger Experience – £99
Bigger isn’t always better – good things come in small packages after all. If you’re looking for something smaller, why not try your luck on our JCB Mini Digger? This is no ordinary driving experience; test your skills and abilities at digging, scraping, loading dumpers, and manoeuvring across rough terrain. You’ll even have the chance to excavate bucketsful of soil.
Crane Driving Experience – £299
There is something truly unique about being behind the wheel of a Rotational Telehandler Crane – it’s the ultimate test of patience and accuracy. In this experience, you’ll get to grips with the various controls as you prepare the machine for lifting different loads, manoeuvring, and running it through several scenarios of lifts including lowering materials into place. This is your chance to experience something completely new!
Telescopic Handler Experience – £199
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to drive a telehandler? This unique experience is perfect for any petrolhead or industrial vehicle enthusiast. You’ll carry out various activities, including preparing, manoeuvring, and running the machine. Test your skills and abilities as you lift various heavy loads, place them on lorry beds, and manoeuvre through obstacles and restrictions.
Counterbalance Forklift Truck Experience – £99
Think you’ve got what it takes to operate an industrial vehicle? Take a seat in our Apache Forklift and discover the fun of this fantastic piece of machinery. Test your skills and abilities as you lift various loads, place them on lorry beds, stack pallets, and manoeuvre through obstacles and restrictions. We’ll make sure you have a driving experience with a difference.
Ride On Roller Experience – £99
Have you ever wondered how they make asphalt roads so flat? This is your chance to take control of our Caterpillar ride-on-roller and experience what it’s like to work in the construction industry. You’ll carry out various activities, including driving up and down slopes, flattening the ground, compacting granular material, and manoeuvring through obstacles and restrictions.
